    In the spring of 2023 I had an old, but mostly working, ten year-old air conditioner. I wish I still had it.I decided to be proactive and replace it. I didnt want it to die in the middle of summer, leaving us in a sweltering house at the mercy of whichever **** company could come the soonest.After getting three bids I went with Superior.They installed a new unit. Yay! The next morning it didnt work. This went on for two full weeks. During which time the temperatures in my house stayed in the high ****** a tragedy of errors, Superior installed three different air handlers and two compressors. Thats four full days of installing.Every time they left at the end of a long day, they were 100% certain everything would work. But every morning we woke up drenched in ******** the end, a friend of mine whod been a long time customer of theirs and who has money and influence, called the company and read them the riot act. After she intervened, they came back and finally gave us a working system.I asked them to have the owner call me, they never did.A year later we noticed the ** was having trouble cooling. They came out and said it was something wrong with the original install. The repair person said if they had to come back theyd have to start putting holes in the walls.I contacted Superior and asked for a call from the owner. No one **********, 7 months later, the compressor is dead.Theyll fix it, but my labor warranty has expired. How convenient for them.They want $2700 to troubleshoot and for labor on the replacement.This week I was told a manager would call me. They never did.A manager was supposed to call me back to let me know if theyll extend the warranty on the new ******* one called. And this is their light season.REMEMBER: I replaced a working system.And now, I dont have an HV** unit to heat my home.And still no call from the owner or even the office manager.

    New Goodman AC was bought from and installed by Superior heating and air on Aug 1st They have been back 5 times in 4 days telling me it is fixed and it is not. Each time they have tried to sell me more goods and services to make the unit work better,' with one of them telling me it was sucking water instead of air into the unit for 2 days. I spent over $9,500, was displaced from my home for a week and had to incur the costs of boarding my dogs. I have reached out to the manufacturer who says they need to reach out for support, They have not. I just want this unit taken away and a refund so I can hire another company to do it right. Thank you!
