    On Aril 14th I called Avalon in ******** to see if they had a ******* dishwasher that was a certain model number. They did and I went to purchase it with my bank card for $778.06. It was delivered on April 17th . That night when I went to use it, it didn't work. After a week of calling the store, ****** the delivery person came out and saw it didn't work and called ******* the warranty company. They came out and said the machine didn't work because the inside was dented. I called back Avalon and they wanted to give me something different because the didn't have another dishwasher that was that model. When the own Roc, came to my home I told him I didn't want a different machine that is why I called to verify the model number before I went to purchase this one at his store. I asked for a refund, and he said okay. He said he could credit my account. I told him everything has taken too long to resolve. He said I could go to his store and a check would be there waiting for me. I went to the store several times and it was closed during normal business hours. There would be a note on the door to call ************ and someone would be there in 15im to assist because they were short staffed. Three different times I called and nobody showed up. After weeks of trying someone, ****** was in the store to give me my check. I went to my back to deposit it. A week later after the bank attempted to re-deposit the check several times they mailed the check to me and said it was NSF - Nonsufficient funds. I have called the store and the manager Roc and the delivery person ****** several times. Nobody again is returning my calls. When I go to the store it is close with a sign saying, sorry short staff, please call ************. There is no answer and sometimes you will get the voice mail is full.

    On October 26th 2022 I paid $10,226.18 for a new refrigerator and was told it would be ordered and delivered within 45 days. I still have not received the product and Avalon Appliances will not answer the phone or return calls. The business was closed on Friday January 6, 2023 with a note on the door stating staffing shortages and a phone number to call, however nobody answers the call or returns messages.

    Purchased a deep freezer from this company for $200 cash. He said he it was $300 and we were able to negotiate $200 cash is what we had on hand. The guy **** helped put the freezer into my wrangler and we went on our way. It has been no more then 1 month since having it and it stopped working letting all of the food in our freezer go bad . When we called they had no record of this purchase ever happening. We went into the store was not able to find it in the system told us he would call us back. We called multiple times were hung up on and both our phone numbers were being dodged and sent to voicemail. **** finally answered and mentioned he found the transaction and put had it logged in the store system it was purchased for $160. Which is not how much was handed over. He told us theres nothing he can do. We asked to speak to an owner and have the owner contact us and he hung up on us. We called back and spoke a women and she said she would give the owner our number and let him know we are trying to contact him regarding this issue. Regardless they are taking more money for items if you have cash and pocketing whatever they want. The original price he tried to get us to pay was $300 and when my boyfriend mentioned he had $200 cash he made that deal and only put in the store system it was purchased for $160 when $200 cash was given. Im sure there is cameras and footage of him putting this freezer in my car too.

    I responded to an ad on OFFER UP on 11/20/2022 for GE ******* electric stove at Avalon Appliances ************************************************************************. I sent a message to ******************* through offer up and he identified himself as the store manager, confirmed the item was still available the evening of 11/20/2022. I went to the location this afternoon around 3 pm and the price of $1399 was verified for the stove as listed and that is the price that was rang up by the cashier. She commented its a smoking deal! I was charged $2144.48 (I also bought a matching microwave for $479). I signed the receipt and was talking to the cashier when the sales manager *************************** rushed over and told the cashier no way the $1399 price was incorrect and that it was really $2,000. When I questioned if they were going to abide by the advertised price as indicated in the ad I was told no and you can contact whoever you want but that price is not correct. I have the picture of the ad and the specs showing it is typically a $2600 oven but Black Friday special of $1399. Then **** said oh that was my mistake and I am taking that ad down right now They refunded the $2144.48. The female cashier is my witness to all of this and she was very apologetic.

    Originally ordered a *************** on 11/30/21 and then ordered additional appliances on 12/29/21. As of this date 10/28/22 we have not received any of the appliances, although the money has been paid. When trying to contact ***, the owner, he his extremely unprofessional and ignores, messages, emails and when we do actually get him on the phone, as soon as we tell him our name, he hangs up. At this point, we just want a refund of the money paid. The total is ********.
