Over the course of the last 3 months we have taken our two vehicles a 2010 Dodge Dakota and a 2006 ***** HHR to this automotive shop for mechanical repairs. When the car (HHR) finally overheated and stopped running on the side of the road, we got it to the shop and the diagnosis was a cracked engine block. A cracked engine block does not happen from simple overheating. And furthermore, the repairs that they had made to the car previous, they should have known there was a crack in the engine block, but either they paid no attention to it or decided not to tell us. Now that car is worth nothing sitting in front of our house waiting to be picked up by a junkyard company. It doesn't even have ****** miles on it, and it's trash. The other vehicle the 2010 Dodge dakota, went into have a fuel pump replaced in an intake manifold replaced. When the truck came out it would not go over 50 miles an hour on the highway without shaking and shuttering acting like it was going to fall apart. Come to find out, the fuel pump has not been fixed correctly and the intake manifold has not been installed correctly either. We have since gotten rid of ********** so that we could get a new vehicle. The other vehicle remains sitting outside with a blown engine.
