      My blinds were exactly as described. A fair price for a good product. The blackout cellular shades do a great job of blocking out light in my high latitude home ??

      Pricey for a rental. Only reason I went with Select Blinds is because ********** was out of stock and did not know when they would have the blinds I needed. Their cordless economy blinds are the same quality as *********** but at a much higher price. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because I had a couple of casement windows (36" x 36") that I needed blinds for that were actually 36" x 36", instead of having to cut a 36" x 64" down to fit the windows.

      Do not buy from this company. Find somewhere else. Bought blinds and have had nothing but problems getting things resolved. String broke took 6 weeks to get that string but other blind I have to struggle to get string to move and they have not resolved it. I have emailed and getting no response. If that problem does not get resolved they will get the blinds back and dispute my charge.

      I ordered the solar shades and, since this was my first time ordering any window treatment, I added the FIT guarantee. Whe the shades arrived, we realized they were 1 3/8 - 2 inches too small. I reached out to their customer service to see what the difference would be to send new shades with the right measurements and the customer service *** let me know that, since I added the FIT guarantee, I just needed to take pictures showing the shade being the wrong size along with the new measurements and they'd take care of the rest. I was still expecting to pay something because the shades were going to be bigger, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out everything was covered under the FIT guarantee. The new shades arrived about a month or so ago, and we absolutely love them. Their quality is amazing and they really help filtering the sunlight. We love our new shades!

      The motor on the no-drill blinds must be charged through a USB port located at the top of the blind - not the bottom - making it extremely difficult to charge the blind on high windows. Read their return and exchange policy carefully, as they will not honor if you are unsatisfied with the blind unless there is a defect on their part. I was on hold with customer service for nearly 45 minutes with no resolution.

      I ordered and received Zebra blinds with the continuous cord. You can slightly see a cord on the image and it appears to be grey or white. The continuous cord that is on the blinds I received is a royal blue. The company has told me that the color is selected by the manufacturer and they do not have any control on selection of the color of the continuous cord. Had I known (had it been shown on the picture) prior to ordering that the cord would be a hideous blue I would have selected a different blind. Select Blinds solution is for me to order all new blinds (at my cost-I've already spent $3000) but they cannot tell me what the color of the continuous cord will be if I were to order a different color/blind. Why would I spend even more money and take the chance the continuous cord will be a decent color. There is no option on the website to select the cord color. Select Blinds told me that there is nothing they can do for me.

      Item was simple to order. Shipping was fast and the blind was as advertised. Very satisfied with the overall quality in the materials used and workmanship. I highly recommend these blinds.
