    I ordered a part from this company on 2/8/2025. I have not received the ordered part or any correspondence from the company. I have emailed them and tried multiple times in the past 10 days to contact them at their published telephone number, but consistently receive a message on the latter that "the caller is not available. The mailbox is full and cannot accept any messages at this time."$37.00 charge remains pending on ******, and cannot be cancelled by me.

    On June 8, 2023 I emailed the business about our order that was placed on June 5th, 2023. I have not gotten an email back. On June 11, 2023 I called the business and the operator said he doesn't handle orders and that it was a Sunday (I was expecting to just leave a VM) and put me on hold. I was on hold for about 7 minutes but could hear constant banging of a hammer and loud noises happening. I decided to end the call, taking this as my order will not be fulfilled.On June 15, 2023 at 11:45a I called the business again. Not sure on the operator, but he was operating the orders. The call lasted one minute and I was instructed to call back in the afternoon for '*****'. I called back at 4:05p and was answered by *****. The words were not the clearest, as I am already deaf/hard of hearing. He informed me something about my PayPal claim, which they have chosen not to resolve, and that he must wait on it? It didn't make sense, and a refund by a business is fairly easy to do on PayPal. After all this though, no refund ever hit my PayPal.It's now June 27, 2023 and I have not received my refund, nor an email back. I have been very respectful, but when you are out a little over $100 you just want your money back.
