    This is a consignment store where you can buy, sell and trade. Well, I went there to sale some clothes and shoes I couldnt fit or no longer wear. There were a pair of DrMarten boots, I advised the young lady, I didnt want to sale and she said ok, I got home and realized the boots were missing the store was closed so, I called the next day to see if my boots were mistakenly taken in and was advised they were. I said I told the buyer I did not want to give them my boots and she took them anyway. the store had them marked at $49.99 and wanted me to pay that to get my boots back which, werent supposed to be taken by them in the first place! I want my boots back or my ******** this point, I feel like they stole from me!!

    ***** has been a customer of our store for many years and is very familiar with how our buying process works! With this situation she is not being 100% truthful as we watched the cameras back for that day after she made the initial complaint with us. It clearly shows her looking in the bin to see what was taken and and the green doc martens are at the very top of the bin. She also never told my employees she did not want to sell as well as we have sound on those cameras and we heard everything said. She already took the store credit offered her for those boots AND already spent it buying stuff from our store. So I can not give her her boots back since she already used the money she received for those boots. She has also reached out to my employees and asked for us to hold items for her since then. In fact yesterday 11/7 she brought items into the store and sold them, took the cash and then bought stuff from our store.

    I have been doing business with Uptown Cheapskate Chandler for years. There was 1 other issue that was resolved without incident. This time it is different, I have no reason to lie over a pair of boots or anything else and for whoever it was to say I didnt tell the truth isnt telling the truth. I would like my boots back! I shouldnt have to pay that full price for them as I was told by one of the employees in the store which I refuse to name. I do not want to get my lawyer involved but, if I have to I will. I understand the store is cash poor and employees checks are bouncing and direct deposits arent being deposited but, that has nothing to do with the ME! As the young lady stated that was assisting with my buy it was a mistake. I want my boots back. Thank you
