After months of waiting for *** to process my dispute, they are refusing to refund my funds that were taken as a part of fraudulent activity because it's past 60 days and they are claiming I didn't file a dispute. However, there were 12 charges that were fraud, I filled out forms for each charge, and they processed 2 of them, but not the other 10. They told me I would need to go to the other business to seek a refund, but if they didn't refund me they would process my disputes. So, I did and I took the email to them showing the other company wasn't going to refund me and now they saying they won't because it's past 60 days. They never told me that prior and they're saying they don't have any claim forms for the other charges I'm inquiring about. I feel like they are participating in committing fraud against me all over again. I asked if I had any recourse and they said no. It's my fault for staying with them after they helped a thief with a hat and big dark glasses walk into branch, tell them she couldn't remember her account number and the teller helped her find my account and handed her $500 without asking for my safe word or noticing that the last name on her ID wasn't correct. Thank goodness for the police, they were more helpful than the people at *** and they caught the lady. *** claims to care about us, but I guess being a good customer for over 20 years doesn't count for anything anymore. I'm moving now.

This credit union dropped the ball on closing an old account of mine, they charged me fees on an account with $0.00 in it for over a year and refused to waive the fees by just quoting policy. Even after escalating this to a manager, the poor branch employees are powerless (or spineless) to fix their own mistake. I originally had closed the account after multiple issues with the direct deposit system. It's a hot mess there so I'd suggest picking any other bank.
