    We signed a contract to have a casita built on August 15 2022. As of today February 1 2024 all we have is a slab and framing up. We have asked several times what is going on with the build. Everything he has said he was going to do he has failed to do. We have asked for a refund and have been denied this as well. He states he is waiting on trusses. To move forward on the build. He has been waiting on trusses since may of 2023. I find that hard to believe. He is just giving us the run around.
