I purchase a $2195 package with bark busters and after one solo session and one session where my daughters were present the "trainer" ******* ***** refused to work with my daughters and I. As we all live together it was very important to me for us to all be on the same page and train our dog without fear. When we brought our concerns to her she became agitated and left the house abrublty. After she left she sent text messages insulting my daughters and said she would not work with us, only me. I am extremely unsatisfied with her professionalism and feel she took advantage of me financially. Bark Busters has let me down. After spending so much money, I expected more.
