    Legend Cleaners picked up two blouses from me for dry cleaning. One of the blouses had extensive pleating down the front, back and both sleeves, which were bell sleeves. When the items were returned to me, the blouse with the pleats had every single pleat pressed out. I called the cleaners and the manager told me to bring it in and they would look at it. I did about an hour later and spoke to one of the managers who looked over my blouse extensively. I was not happy and explained that the pleats were clearly there before and the instructions said to dry clean only. He said to me that he would speak to his presser on Monday and get back to me, as this was on. Friday. The week came and went, and my husband and I were in ******** and stopped by. The delivery driver had left the blouse on my front door. I was appalled. The blouse was exactly as it was. Without any pleats. This is being assured they would make it right when I first showed them the blouse. There was a note attached to the blouse for me. It said they thought I was rude, would not take my business and they put back all of the pleats. They told me to find another cleaner. But very adamantly they said they were able to restore all the pleats, which is an out and out lie. They also stated the blouse was never put to a press (then how did scissor pleats disappear?) They also stated I was rude to the staff, when the only individual I spoke with was ****, the general manager. My husband and I went back and while **** was not there, spoke to a woman and I told her to tell him I was going to contact the BBB. They never offered to credit me even for the dry cleaning. Nothing to appease me. I am furious as this was a favorite item of mine and it is now ruined.

    ******* **** had us clean a garment that had pleats in it.  She called the store and was very rude and disrespectful to my employee.  I reached out to Mrs. **** and told her that we could redo the garment for free and we would do our best to press all the pleats back in.  We were able to press the pleats back into the garment.  This was not to Mrs. ***** liking and when her and her husband came into the store, she was again very rude and disrespectful and caused a scene in our front lobby.  We made every effort to make things right for Mrs. ***** I sent a letter to Mrs. **** that we will no longer provide any cleaning services for her.  It is unacceptable for my employees to be spoken to in that way.  We will refund her the $7.00 for the cleaning if it has not already been refunded to her.
