  I was quoted the best price from Buy Back Boss and when they got my phone they said it was in better condition than I had said so they were giving me MORE money than originally quoted! They didn't have to do this since I had already agreed to the amount, but they are an honest business and I will definitely be back!Also they communicated all throughout the process: With the quote, sending the mailing label, saying they saw that it had been mailed, saying they had received it, saying it was in better condition than I had said and that they'd be paying out more, and that they had sent the payout to ******. And they sent a couple of emails in between just to say if I had any questions to let them know. I've never had such great communication from any business ever. Now I'm encouraging other people to use them as well!

  I needed to get out of my phone line but I had a phone with a balance on it. So I paid the $600 sum odd dollars to be able to unlock it. Through buy back boss I was able to recoup almost all of that and break even. Process was super simple and communication was awesome throughout. Would definitely recommend

  I was quoted $288 payout after insurance and extra payout code they gave and accepted this offer. There is nothing physically wrong with this phone. It was used 3 times and it has no scratches. They come back to me after delivered to them and tell me with minor scratches its now $153 for payout. I have pictures and everything to prove thats not the case. So I called them out and said this feels like a scam, which they immediately took offense to this and automatically assumed I was saying they damaged my phone. Nobody accused. I just said its a scam and that it doesnt explain the huge difference when that phone is perfect.They then proceeded to tell me they would send pictures. That was many hours ago almost a day ago. I have now reached out 4 times to three different people to talk to someone or figure this out and nobody will reply. They have now stolen my phone essentially. So I lost all of that and I needed it. Horrible communication, horrible service. ****************.

  I went on their website, put in the phone information, and was told they would pay $136. I shipped the phone to them and was told the battery was faulty (I never had a battery issue) and that they would pay $37. I told them to ship it back. They upped the offer to $66. I told them to ship it back. They upped the offer again to $75. Why not just offer $75 initially? Why offer $37 on a phone they agree is worth $75? They shipped it back, I took the phone elsewhere, and was paid $70 right away. Felt very "bait and switch."

  I was delighted to discover that my older iPhone model X was worth as much as I was offered. I quickly verfied some of the things needed to obtain this exchange and shipped off my phone in perfect working order. I was quite dismayed to learn that BuybackBoss found my phone to be cracked on the back. Which I know was not the case when it left my control. I feel like this was a bait and switch scenario and am very displeased. Completely bummed at how this went. *****

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I tried to sell a phone through these guys and its been the worse experience Ive ever had. For starters they downgraded the condition of my phone once they received it (which seems to be a pattern with this company) and that phone is in great condition other than basic wear and tear but they claim deep scratches when there are none. I work in the cell phone industry so my phones ALWAYS have cases and screen protectors. The phone just had light scratches around the camera where the case doesnt protect which can be easily fixed. But the worse thing is they claim my phone is locked when its not. Like I said, I work for the company I had the phone under and the company only locks the phone for 60 days after purchase and then its unlocked for good. Ive had the phone for over 2 years. Between these two LIES it lowered my pay out from about $370 to $147. I gave the phone in on Monday and they emailed Wednesday with the adjustment, I replied refuting what they said and they didnt reply until late the next day and now its Friday and nobody has said anything else. *** they can send it back and Ill go thorough ITS WORTH MORE Ive done business with them before and EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY. Ive already told them I want my phone back and nobody has replied. They have till Tuesday before I take legal action. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR PHONES THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
