      My wife and myself purchased 2 couches and a recliner from Creative Leather in ********** for $15.797.00. After talking to the salesperson explained this was all custom made furniture made in their factory in ********. He went on to explain this was high quality furniture with a lifetime warranty.The furniture was ordered and delivered on 8/10/22. We started noticing the cushions started to break down and when setting on one section of the chair you was leaning to one side. We let it go for a while and then one section started popping so I called in and made a service request. The service tech came out and said there was a spring loose and fixed that and when I asked him about the cushion he words was to not set on that edge set more to the other side.I've had many health over the last year and was hospitalized for 3 months straight once so furniture isn't at the top of my priority list.Now I have noticed 3 cushion with the foam breaking down and leaning to one side. I got a hold of the service department again. I was told the foam usually only last 2 years and should be changed. I thought we was buying lifetime warranty quality furniture. I asked about changing to another brand and was told since it was over a year old they wouldn't do that. She did make a one time offer to change the cushion foam out one time if I would delivery the furniture to their warehouse in ********. She for $95.00 each way they would pick them up. I feed up with this furniture it did not preform like we was told and this not a quality product.

      We shopped the store on Bell. The sales folks we dealt with were great. We ordered two pieces which were delivered as promised. Total cost: $18,972.67. (Bed set and sectional) We are very pleased with the bed set BUT the sectional has two recliners, one on each end. The electrical plugs broke off one charger which was replaced with great verbal reluctance and a second one provided just in case. The second unit also broke in a short period of time but now they want a $125.00 fee to replace it or we can buy a replacement and do it ourselves. Upon review with the store manager at the time of the first problem it was determined that the design was very poor resulting in the operation of the recliner crunching the motor which broke the plugs. This is the service that you get for furniture costing nearly $19,000.00? and needing additional stuffing in the cushions when the first motor went out? This furniture is not of the quality to demand these prices in the real world. Run don't walk from this business.
