    The date of my Hair appointment was October 11th 2023 to receive small braids from Ms. ********************** ********* the deposit was 10$ and the braids were $300.00 and for added length it was $25.00 the business Blessesed Hands By ********************** was supposed to provide me with small braids and when the service was over the braids looked good in the mirror but by the next day one braid falls out so I wait a day in case it was just the one braid only then the next day another braid falls out being considered I contacted ********************** about the hair style not lasting as long as it should, in response she stated we could book for Monday i told her that would be fine I would have to come by after work she accepted and stated it would be ok to come by her house considering she lived close by the salon Monday came and didnt respond till late 5:43 so we rebooked for Wednesday. Wednesday comes and I waited for ********************** to send an address only for her to ask what time I would be coming I instead requested half of the refund considering half of the style fell out she denied my request and stated she could redo the style and make the braids extra small I accepted and asked if 1:30 be a go time so show up I did not receive a response and was blocked from the business owner.
