I purchased a course, gear indoor cycle. The do not have a book for this course. I contacted them 3 times and o got hung up on twice. I wanted to talk to. Manager. They refused and insulted me. Im person with ptsd, a learning disability and they did not accommodate me. I asked for a fee waiver and a chance to retake the test. I dont want to wait 45 days. I sent an email over one week ago. They are not accommodating me at all. The guy on the phone insulated me and hung up so did the previous person on Monday. *********************
