    ******************* is the worst slum lord *** ever had an unfortunate encounter with. He has refuse to provide a proper deposit refund, after my personal items were destroyed due to the negligence of the unit. I would wait endlessly for him to fix anything. He refused to provide me with mold test results for the unit after I tested positive for mold presence. There was an electrical fire in the unit prior to my move in which he deducted the damages from my deposit in which I had no responsibility for. I was unable to cash the very tiny inaccurate check due to incorrect name spelling. Yet hes still refusing to provide me with an updated check for compensation. The unit was filthy when I moved in and was also deducted from my deposit a cleaning fee after I left the unit top to bottom cleaned with the exception of the living room which had a f**** stained bathtub in it for the duration of my stay left by a company hired to repair faulty plumbing. Hes shared unauthorized personal information about me that jeopardized mine and my minor childs safety. Including offering to provide a key to a plumbing company to access the unit without prior notice or my approval while my minor child was home in the unit. Over all worst experience ever. My last day in the unit was May 31, 2022 and I finally received this check about a week ago because he sent it along with more of my personal and private information to an unauthorized entity. Instead of addressing it to the rental property address and allowing it to be forwarded to my current address.
