      For some reason this company couldn't do their job to find wrongdoing by doctors. Here are two examples:#1 An orthopedic surgeon did lumbar surgery on my wife while she had a weakened ammune system and an active infection not related to the lumbar. This procedure was not an emergency as the surgeon said because another surgeon before him said it could wait. The surgeon that did the surgery should have waited until my wife felt better and they could have kept her bedridden until the active infection was gone because it's been proven that if possible surgeries should wait under these circumstances because the patient is in much greater risk of an additional infection and further complications with having a weakened ammune system which is what happened when my wife ended up with Psudomonus and a weaker ammune system. The surgeon never told me of the risks of having surgery under this conditions he only told me of the typical possible complications from this type of surgery which either shows negligence or deceit just to be able to do the surgery.#2 My wife had a 5 month history of different infections and went into the hospital with CRP and Sed Rate extremely high which either another infection can cause that or things not related to an infection. The only early tests on my wife was a blood culture, tissue biopsy and bone biopsy which were negative but the infectious disease doctor was only guessing that it was the previous infection she had and didn't consider any other possibilities and just kept her on broad spectrum antibiotics. In 22 days they never found anything until it was too late and she died. If that's not "failure to diagnose" then I wish Hastings would have explained that. With the infectious disease doctor going only after one theory shows not just failure to diagnose but negligence for not pursuing all avenues of why her health kept deteriorating for 22 ******** people can come to your own conclusion from these facts.

      READ their Yelp review and RUN!I first spoke to a young, articulate, compassionate, lawyer who promised us the ************* They did the.bait and switch and without even These SHAM ARTIST'S are the worst possible choice you could make for an attorney.They COMPLETLY botched my 8 year old son's motor vehicle accident case.They did the bait and switch and without even giving me any CHOICE they took ***** off of my son's case gave me this old horse neglected to inform me he was getting ready to retire. They said it would never go to a jury & that it was their job to litigate a settlement without having to take it to court. WRONG!!! It dragged it on for YEARS, but we finally we got our day in court, with an actual jury trial.Worse of all The ******* "lawyer" told me to LIE to the judge & deny that I tried to communicate with my son. He said it was justified because my son didn't understand me anyway. He threatened me, saying they would not continue to represent me if there was a mistrial and that we would STILL have to pay for all of their "LEGAL SERVICES."In the end, we were not even awarded enough to cover my sons medical expenses.I asked the HASTINGS lawyer for my sons medical records so I could review them before the trial.He refused & said no one on the jury would expect me to remember what happened in an accident 5 years ago, & said it would seem contrived if I remember to much detail. He said the best thing for me to say was I DON'T RECALL! The defense said the most memorable thing about my testimony was what I did not recall.Their NEGLECTION OF REPRESENTATION was that the HASTINGS lawyer PASSED ON HIS OPPERTUNITY TO MAKE A CLOSING ARGUMENTS. At a JURY TRIAL he he didn't even BOTHER to REFUTE anything or remind the Jury of the lifelong injuries my son suffered. When I asked him why he told me not to worry because in the end my sons injuries would dictate the award. HE WAS WRONG!! My son has continuing lifelong medical issues,
