      I have tried getting ahold of the business owner, ******, for the past several weeks via ************** I was referred to her by my dentist, ************** from Alpha Dentistry in November of 2023. My first appt at Westside Imaging was on 11/21/23 to get my impressions/scans done for Invisalign. At that time, I paid $205 & was told it would take about 4 weeks before my dentist gets my scans. Alpha Dentistry should have received them no later than 12/19/23. However, that was not the case. Weeks went by where I called her numerous times & had to leave multiple voicemails. Most weren't returned. I visited my primary dentist on 1/15/24. I expressed dissatisfaction & requested an update on my purchase at Westside Imaging. After finally getting ahold of her, the reasons provided for the delay were because of her staffing issues, family issues, & then it was due to her system crashing. This went on for weeks with no communication or ETA. On 2/15/24 my dentist said Westside Imaging called & said they retrieved my files & would stop by their office to deliver them. A few days later Alpha Dentistry informed me that the files that were dropped off by Westside Imaging had my name on them but were in fact NOT my teeth. On 2/29/24 ****** left me a voicemail stating the lab she sent my scans to created study models in somebody else's name & they couldn't find the scans I took. When I returned her call, I was asked to schedule an appt to get rescanned. On 3/7/24 I visited her ***** location at 1pm to get rescanned. On 3/23/24 Alpha Dentistry informed me that they received the scans. This experience has been extremely draining, inconvenient, and unprofessional. I'm requesting a FULL REFUND as I did not get the service I paid for within the timeline I was promised. Not only that, but my personal records were compromised and lost with someone else's. On top of that my orthodontist couldn't use the scans provided due to the poor quality/angles they were taken. All had to be redone by *****
