    Every month since Ive lived here staring in 2019, the water will be shut off for HOURS upon HOURS without notice. They never have solutions, they never apologize or offer any sort of discount for the inconvenience. Ive lost days of work, had washing machines bust because of no water, and I have children who have no water for baths. No water to cook, clean, or get daily essential work done. It happens every month, multiple times a month. No solution is ever offered or explanation as to why it keeps happening. *** reached out to them personally and they ignore all our complaints. I just want an answer and a solution so this doesnt keep happening.

    We had an emergency shut off of the water on 9/30 due to a water line leak at one of the homes in our community.  The water line broke and a plumber was called out.  It was an extensive repair and the water was off Saturday night for a few hours.  The plumber temporarily mad a fix so the water could be turned on for the night and then returned the next day to repair.  The water was off for another three hours.  We always fix the leaks as soon as possible so it does not damage the homeowners house.  We try to notify residents by text message to let them know what is going on.

    As far as the water being turned off  every month multiple times, that is a wild exaggeration.  We had major leaks on 9/13/23, 7/11/23, and 4/29/23 in the last 6 months, these are the only times the water was turned off.  The water was turned off for 2 to 5 hours during this time.
