    See attachment for full complaint. Movers were hired for 8/31/22 at 1pm to pack and load our 3bdrm home into a moving truck. They were also going to disassemble our bed and remove the 4 mounted TVS. Company advertises being licensed and insured as well providing supplies and tools for the job. Movers did not show up until 5pm, which was 4 hours late. They did not bring any tools or supplies and had to use what I could find from my own (packed) tools. Movers seemed completely inexperienced and did not seem to know what they were doing. At different points during the evening, I found them standing around talking. I had rented a dolly and furniture pads as they did not bring anything of their own (even though this was agreed upon ahead of time). Movers took an excessive amount of time (7 hours) to load a 3bdrm house that was fully packed with the exception of large furniture and the mounted TVs. They did not leave until close to midnight, forcing us to have to reschedule all our moving plans for that evening/the next day. They left all the mounts (including one TV) on the walls, forcing us to have to sleep on the floor and go out the next morning to buy tools and (because mine were already packed), bubble wrap, and do the rest of the work ourselves. I texted the owner immediately at 12:00am on 9/1 regarding the issues but he did not respond. When we arrived at our new home, we found they did not wrap, protect or cover ANY of our furniture. The pads we had rented were still folded in a corner of the truck. As the movers at our new home were unloading, we realized things had just been thrown in the truck with no care. Items clearly labeled 'fragile' and 'nothing on top' were at the bottom of heavy stacks, smashed, and our light couch was fabric side down on the dirty truck floor. In total we found at least 20 items that were damaged or completely broken. I reached out to the owner requesting information to file a claim and he refused.
