    Henry applied the coating to my flat roof April 2022 and stated right on the invoice 5yr warranty. Fast forward to April *********************************************************************** I pointed out a concern, maybe a roof leak in above one of the bedrooms. Hes willing to go on the roof to check it out. Informs me that there might be a leak near one of the ************* are several bubbles. States the bubbles cant be helped. Informs me he can redo the roof for same price he did 2022. I didnt have the invoice from 2022 in front of me but found it and called him. No honoring of the 5yr warranty, denies not sealing the seam area properly. Still willing to charge me the same price as 2022. Obviously 5yr warranty doesnt mean 5yrs!!In hindsight weird he happens to drop by after 2yrs. Makes me think he knows his work isnt the highest quality

    They did some work on our roof charged us about 750 and gave us a one year warranty incase the roof still leaks. It was raining and it started to leak been calling for over 2 months and no response I am sent straight to voice-mail
