    Found Green Mango while shopping around for pest control. Attempted to move forward with a few services but their trash salesman refused to let me pay in full, just carried on about why paying Green Mango every month is right for me and the smart decision. Told him I dont care that it cost more, I dont want you dinging my account every month, charge me the one time fees. Nope, he wouldnt do it even after verifying theres one time payment options. No, Green Mango knows whats best for my bank account.ok. Im sure he gets a better commission when he signs up monthly recurring revenue over a one time payment. He didnt get any sale, I just turned it down because he refused to accommodate. So after telling me why I should set my finances up is a way that better suits him, Green Mango got nothing instead. That was maybe two years ago and Gren Mango has never stopped texting me! Ive blocked the numbers, reported you, sent to junk, everything I can do to stop it but it never stopsyoure the pest. Stop contacting me, you didnt win my business, big deal, move on. Your salesman blew it, you dont care you just want mrr, go away stop contacting me.

    I was talked into having termite ***** and protection for my new build house, which I didnt know I didnt need. I Moved here from **. I only found out from having an inspector that came to check over my house so repairs could be done on the house before the warranty is up. The inspector is the one that told me to go to the Attorney general and the Better Business Bureau because everyone knows a new built house has termite protection and you dont need anything. I called up green mango and he said well it doesnt do any harm to your house? I said no, but to my pocket I paid how much money for almost a year and I didnt need it. This company takes advantage of people and takes their money

    Please accept this correspondence as our formal response to the related complaint matter. Green Mango has conducted a full audit & thorough review of Ms. ********************* account and was able to confirm she opted for a Termite Preventative maintenance care plan. It serves basically like adding an extended warranty to a car and is an excellent option for homeowners who want to protect their homes against any potential termite activity, especially when customers are planning to live in their current home for a longer term.


    Ms. **** stated she had an inspector of some sort out to her property and was apparently told the treatment plan was unnecessary because her home warranty should cover any termite activity or damage. However, each independent builder or contractors all have different warranties options depending on many various factors. Again this was merely a preventative maintenance plan, Ms **** chose and signed a contract for.  
    Nevertheless, and as a good faith gesture we closed her termite subscription and refunded all the associated payments she had made up to this point. We also spoke to her personally and explained the details surrounding this matter and let her know we would schedule a pickup of the bait station units that had previously been installed around her property. She seemed understanding and was very happy with this resolution and outcome to fully and successfully close this complaint matter. Thank you

    Initially used GM's services based on a reference so got the 1st month free (only half service as they we put the inside inspection on hold). As with most, they guaranteed eliminating scorpions. The count did go down, from just over 300 that I would kill myself over the summer (black light as I have dogs) to maybe half that. Eliminate, not quite. Several times had to have a re-service as the tech was in and out in 10 minutes or less and didn't do the proper areas. I have many emails per se. We have cameras which proved that. We just moved and no longer want this service, but in spite of all these issues mentioned, they make sure to take their initial "free" $200 "service" fee. Of course they have all kinds of excuses and I am sure they will appear here. We went back to our original provider (Bulwark) and will never use Green mango again.

    I signed up with Green Mango earlier this year and the first service was lacking and caused an influx of bugs into our kitchen to the point we couldn't use it for well over a week. I called more than once leaving voicemails trying to speak to someone if they could come out. No return phone calls. Nothing. I ended up going back to a pest control company I had used for years in the past who offered a much better deal financially. I called to cancel my account. Left a voicemail saying I wanted my account cancelled and to charge me the $100 cancellation fee. A manager, ****, ended up texting and calling me saying to call her to cancel. I did and she wouldn't allow me to cancel and kept saying that they would give me a gift card to another company of theirs for house cleaning. Not something I need or want, they can't beat the other company's deal, and as a single mom I need the company that is financially best for my family and one that I can rely on when there's an issue. She went from trying to make it right to badgering me not to leave. I told her multiple times I would just like to cancel the service. From there I have received many texts from **** telling me if I don't call her again she will not cancel my service. I shouldn't have to continue to do this. Since then, in the last couple weeks, they have sent multiple technicians to my home and each one I have sent away explaing I have cancelled my service and they are not allowed on my property. Each has made a note on file. Today I received a survey to do because one of their technicians serviced my property, including my gated backyard. I have multiple dogs, large dogs, with a doggie door, that just happened to be upstairs sleeping. This could have been a very dangerous situation for the technician and my dogs. Green Mango has now illegally entered my property. I feel like I and my family are being harassed. This company has absolutely awful management & may want to reconsider how they treat customers!

    I left my house yesterday and noticed Green Mango was at my neighbors. This morning on my backyard door there was an evaluation on my house from this company. I have a gated backyard, I did not speak to this representative or give permission for him to come on my property and give an assessment. When they come through my gate, into my backyard and assess my property without my permission this is trespassing. The representatives name on the brochure is ********************* for Green Mango

    Hello ******, Today I was notified about an incident at your home recently that a tech had serviced your ********** were not aware, requesting it or wanting it. I have searched every possible way to find any account associated with your name/email or any info & definitely can not find anything. If you have never had or even requested any services I truly think he accidentally serviced the wrong home. Can you please do me a huge favor and provide me with the name of that tech, as well as your address so I can better pinpoint the location & handle this. We are truly sorry for any concern this may have caused, but I totally assure you, if this is the case, it was an honest mistake & not meant to upset you. We take tremendous pride in our company, technicians, **************** customer service. You are also welcome to call me directly if it helps at ************ -Then select Option 3 & ask for *****.     Since the day we moved in to our new house we seen a lot of spiders. We called green mango to help us with our problem and said to say they do not live up to their expectations. False hopes that their new chemical is strong and will help out. We have had more spiders come in to our house and fall onto out bed then ever before. I can honestly say when I sprayed there where less. Now we are in a contract we can't get out of. I will NEVER! recommend Green Mango to anyone I know.
