    I came to their ************** for aquatic therapy - and their billing/service department never told me about their self-pay option...which was significantly cheaper than the price they billed the insurance AND greater than my insurance self pay option. I found out about this on my 2nd to last visit - they told me that they would refund the difference and then refused 4 months later. I'm now receiving more bills stating there is a past due amount.I would not recommend this firm, as there are plenty of other PT options around *******.

    We have contacted the patient and resolved this issue. I spoke with the patient, and he is satisfied with the outcome.

    I went to a session at the ************** location. *********************** was my therapist- I was healing from broken wrist and atrophy in all of fingers and wrist from 5 weeks in cast- **** proceeded to grab my pinky finger and bend it during my session when I screamed and told him how much it hurt and started crying - he started that I had to move it- and showed no empathy or compassion during my session- I was horrified that a pt person would touch me and then force me to move a healing part of my body! I complained to his manager and to the Board of Physical Therapists and will be filing with the ** generals office - I am Latin descent and a woman but I bet he would never date to do this to a male! I wrote to his manager who is a Latin female and never received a response!
