    The dispatch lady was nicer than the actual plumber who I hung up on due to his rude responses and shocking quote. I texted photos of a small 1/2 inch PVC pipe in an outside water closet that is leaking. First he repeated 3x "I don't know who built this but...". He spent more time complaining about who installed it than answering my questions about whether he could fix it. Then the guy insisted that I need the whole house done! When I told him I just need the leak stopped at the local pipe he blurted out a $1000.00 repair! I called BULLsh** on that and hung up! I've had this company out once before and they were ok, but this time I put them on a list of contractors NOT to call again for anything. I'm a contractor myself and wouldn't stay in business with an attitude that a lot of these guys have, especially towards women. Don't call these people if you want a fair price and polite attentive customer service. Too bad.

    AZ Preferred busted a cable in my post tensioned slab and tried to cover it up. I have been getting the run around for months now on the repair. I finally had to file a complaint with the ******. Stay away from these guys!!!
