    I have been dealing with this property management company of my apartment complex for quite some time, and getting absolutely no where. My fridge has had some issues 2 times now, where it has stopped functioning and we have had to throw hundreds of dollars of groceries out. We always let the management company know right away. My main issue is, they have told me several times that the maintenance people will come at a certain time, and no one ever comes when they say. My power went out on one side of our apartment, where our fridge was plugged in, on 11/16, in the morning. We opened a maintenance request right away, and called the management team. No one answered. I texted their line as well. They did respond to the text. We went back and forth in explaining the issue and they promised me that a maintenance person would come by that evening before 5:30. No one came. I waited pretty much all night. No one contacted me or let me know that they were running late or any like that. They reached out to me the next morning, 11/17 and said that maintenance tried to come but didnt make it. They would not provide a deeper reason. They informed me that maintenance would not be able to come in Sunday 11/19. They are not providing any sort of compensation for the food that I have had to throw out. Again, my main concern is that they promised me someone would come by to fix the issue, but no one did. It was not my fault, but I am the one suffering. Anything you can do to help would be great.
