    I sold a property located at ************************************* on 11/06/2024. Park Management charged by checking account $243.00 through automatic withdrawal for HOA fees for November 2024. I contacted Park Management in November 2024 and was told that a refund check would be mailed to me for the wrongful withdrawal. I was told the withdrawal was made due to the title not being transferred, something that I cannot be held responsible for nor can initiate the process.I again called on 4/14/2025 to request the refund check and was told the check could not be issued until the title hasn't been transferred. Again this is not something I can initiate nor obtain and my monies should not be retained while Park Management is resolving their situation.

     Ms. ****** was advised that we would look into her concern.  We are currently investigating the issue.  A refund check, if warranted, will be issued to Ms. ****** within 14 days.
