    This company submitted my bill to collections and is therfore damaging my credit. The entire emergency room bill was covered by the ** including theirs. According to the ** they billed the wrong company even after I called them twice with the correct information. Instead of writing it off after 6 months like they were supposed to, it was sent to collections.

    I gave them my insurance card for authorization. They did not contact or obtain authorization from my insurance as I had asked them to do. The tests were not approved and they are sending me the bill. I have informed them of their neglect and that I do not intend to pay the amount. Also, that I will report toBBB

    I made 5 payments to Chandler Radiology Associates through my health insurance company's online Instamed system. Total amount was $60.54. I kept getting notified by Chandler Radiology that they did not receive the payments. To avoid a late fee, I made a duplicate payment on my Citibank card. I was subsequently notified that the online Instamed payments had also processed and been paid through my ***** Fargo checking account. ********************************************* has not refunded the duplicated payment of $60.54. I have called numerous times -- it is nearly impossible to get anyone in the billing department on the phone. I would like a refund of the duplicate payment.

    Absolutely impossible to deal with this company for billing. After a hospital stay, 5 months later they send you a bill that you have to pay. No paper bill, just a text message. They claim to have submitted it to my Insurance Carrier, Cigna, yet they keep having to ask for the correct billing address and they keep getting it wrong. Cigna to this date has never received a bill from them. They absolutely refuse to provide me with a bill with the medical codes that I need to submit to Cigna to get them paid, all they send me is a bill with a description of the service. Cigna cannot pay the bill without medical codes. So now they are threatening to ruin my credit score if I do not pay them directly. This is extortion. Now I have to either pay them the $400 or get a lawyer. I have escalated to the hospital and the BBB and the next step will have to be to hire a lawyer. They are Rated "F" by the BBB. This is all the billing information I can get from their website. Notice no billing codes, so this cannot be paid by ******Your bill is overdue.     Hello. I was hospitalized at Chandler *********************** on 8/28 for a head injury. The hospital outsources radiology services to Chandler Radiology Associates ("CRA"). Series of events:- I was discharged from your hospital on 8/29. - I received a bill from CRA on 9/29 with a due date of 10/16. - I tried to pay the bill online on 10/1 but their system wouldn't let me, so I called them on 10/4. On the call I was informed that my bill was sent to a collection agency.- I was told I could pay the bill now and they would clear with the collection agency so I paid CRA directly on 10/4 (confirmation # *****D or maybe B...the voice wasn't clear).- I've since received two bills from the collection agency. I've called them twice and CRA has yet to confirm with them that I paid the bill. CRA sent the bill to the collection agency before it was even due!!! Now I'm stuck in a viscous circle between CRA and the collection agency at no fault of my own. I'm not the only one - please reference the ****** reviews for this horrible vendor.
