    9 minutes ago NEW I wish I could give them zero stars. BEWARE! BEWARE! There is a reason they only have two stars. The owner tries but her son ******! Im not gonna even go there honestly. But they charge me for a move in clean of 250$ which was fine but when I moved in the place was filth. Picture included and then tell me that I dont deserve to be paid for cleaning the house. What do I look like a slave or something I dont work for free. You allegedly paid someone to clean it. I actually cleaned it why I dont get paid? When I said I wanna talk to the owner he threatened to evict me! I had a five year plan to stay in the home but after the year is up Im gone for sure!

    We are working with this tenant to try to resolve her issue. She just moved in to the property and we gave her 4 days of free rent to allow her to move in early to keep her from being homeless. We charge all tenants a cleaning deposit up front which she hasn't paid yet, to assure the property is cleaned upon move out. We offered her a rent credit for her trouble, but she is not satisfied with that.

    ************** could not be more wrong. They are unethical and dishonest. Any company that promotes short-term rentals of less than 30 days at properties that have strict CC&Rs not allowing such rentals is by nature a dishonest and unethical company. They are supposed to have a fiduciary responsibility to their clients, but they do not follow it putting their clients at risk by having them fined for being out of compliance with the CC&Rs. 4 such violations have been documented this week alone. List your property with Elite, and it could you big time in the pocketbook.

    We have a Fiduciary Duty to Protect and Promote the Best Interests of Our Clients and adhere to all HOA Rules and Regulations. If the HOA has rules that we must market a property for a 30 day minimum we honor that rule. We do not conduct any business with Bob McCarthy and I take offense that he posted this unfounded complaint which is defamatory and out of context. If he is representing the Board of Directors he needs to retract this false allegation immediately or suffer the legal consequences because he is damaging the reputation and character of our company. In addition we manage 23 properties at the Cays and I am certain the owners will not appreciate his false characterization of Elite Vacation Rentals a division of Arizona Elite Properties that ranks in the Top 10% of all vacation rental companies in the United States. Any complaints by the Board of Directors should be directed to me as the owner of my company with evidence to support the allegations before going public and as the owner of my company I will respond immediately with a full and detailed statement.
    As a matter of fact you should follow your own rules and contact the owner of the property when you discover a violation because it could be a guest or a relative of the owner and not someone we placed in the property.

    Now Robert is threatening a resident of the Cays. I have an email from one of your employees acknowledging a short-term rental was listed on VRBO by your company. I have a screenshot from airbnb of a short term rental being listed by Stephanie of your company. I also have the renter who rented a unit from Stephanie @ elite for 5 days. I know how much she paid, and have the renters name and phone number. And witnesses. So maybe look inward and fix your issues before threatening residents of the Cays with lawsuits. Also, you talk about the 23 units you manage, frankly, I am more concerned about the 225+ units which you do not manage...they are the ones that are outraged at your company. If you were ethical, as President of Elite, you would take ownership of Elite's internal issues and not lash out as those who hold you accountable. You actually validated my complaint. The next step is the realtor board.

    One does not need to have done business with your organization to understand that you have breached the CC&R rules of ********. I would be happy to provide your legal team the evidence. What a bully - just do your job. Have you even talked to your team about this? My guess is not, your legal team would be wise to tell you that you do not have a case and to fix your own house.
