    I contacted this company upon discovery that they were the single source for recovering my medical records from my long-time ******* Care Physician (PCP), that I had recently learned had passed away.They coached me through their on-line ***************** for processing. I paid them and have proof of payment from my bank that they had been paid on 4/8/22.Upon no response from them after several weeks I began contacting them via telephone (messages only they do not answer calls directly) and via emails. The only times they've responded were to inform me they couldn't locate my records. They keep telling me they will keep in touch with me but never do unless / until I reach out to them again.This Dr. was my PCP for over 24 years. To hear they cannot locate my records simply sounds like cop-out. I need my records to provide documented medical history to a new PCP to resume treat for multiple health issues.
