    They dropped my service and didnt inform me and I have three businesses associated with this company and I paid money to have this service. And for everything to contact them, including some emails, and I have not received anything in return.

    Protection Source quietly closed it's doors without notifying their customers. I purchased a complete security system that I am still paying on that I cannot use. I received a letter in the mail from security partner that Protection Source stopped paying their service bill and that I needed to find another provider immediately. My new provider explained why they cannot use the equipment, one reason is that the techs from Protection Source had changed the master admin password to the panel. There is no way to reset the panel without it, so I had to buy a new one. I am also stuck with other equipment I cannot use with the new system. Thousands of dollars I cannot recoup and still have to pay off. This should not be allowed to happen.

    I moved into my new home 6/6/2022. I was contacted by a company that offered home alarm systems/water systems I purchased the alarm system, equipment was $2,500.00, financed for 3 years, monthly payment of $37.00 My monitoring fee of $32.00 I had to upgrade my internet for additional $30.00 per month From the start there were issues I got no signage for my system to alert anyone I had home security My system was off line for over 14 days I was never notified by the alarm company, I discovered it because the control panel started emitting an alert signal. I called and spoke to **** she said they had no idea why I was offline, I asked why was I notified? You are getting paid to monitor me? She had no explanation.Multiple thefts of amazon deliveries the system never caught (6 to be exact) I called to complain. They reset the parameters. There was a break-in at the home next door, he leaves for the summer. Nothing caught and I called to complain, again. The manager *****, had ***** contact me that used to work for them and try to get me situated. He decided that my internet was most likely the issue, advised me to purchase a new modem that would cost about $230.00. I have already taken on the new debt and now they wanted me to purchase a modem. I pushed back. The company purchased the modem, ***** decided to install the Ring brand camera's. When I questioned the debt for the equipment I no longer had (2 camera's) ***** stated he was out the money for a modem and cameras. So basically too bad pay for it all. I never requested new equipment, I just wanted what I had to work! He basically laid the blame for the system not working on me!Now the back camera is offline again and I can't get it to connect and again nothing from Protection Source. 3 calls in 2 weeks. No answer, mailbox full. I was able to leave one message, still no call back, This morning mailbox full again. I can't cancel my service and have a financed debt for things that don't work.
