    We are a small business that operates under Dairy Queen we have 2 separate locations that have been using Renegade alarm systems for 3 years. The system was sold to ** bye a previous business partner who no longer affiliate with Renegade. As we try to contact the new owner he is in denial of any issues that is system failure or relying on attention from the alarm company. We continue to reach out for help and **** response is he only makes 5 dollars a month off our bill and its not worth his attention. We have 2 locations at $35 dollars a month for a total monthly bill of $75 a month we pay for his service. We have not been able to use the alarm properly for over a month. We have had the cops called to the locations and are a curing a bill from the city for alarm dispatch that is fails. Once we brought this to his attention that the cops are showing up *** once again was in denial that his alarm system was the problem.
