Amazing business. We were able to order over the phone so our shudders would be available when our new house was completed. Shudders were installed the next day. They look amazing!! ***** was extremely nice and professional. The installer was professional and explained everything to us.

One of the best business Ive had the pleasure of working with. After having issues with a blind manufacturer, ES&B took the initiative to solve my problems, even at their own cost. ***, one of the leaders there kept me informed and was extremely empathetic to my situation. *************** of Elite Shutters & Blinds is AWESOME! Friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. We absolutely love our new blinds. Give them 5 star Plus as they removed the old shutters then installed the new with little downtime and the removal and installation employees were great also!Have no problem recommending them to friends and family!Elite Shutters & Blinds

Very happy with the products installed. The team from Elite from the beginning first call, salesperson, and installation team were professional, customer service friendly and overall great to work with. There was a wide variety of products to choose from and my salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful with the final choices. The timelines were realistic and spot on. Best costumer service and a huge variety of products and colors. Im so happy with my new shades and its really helped cool down my home from Arizonas heat. ***** was my representative and he was always on time, answered all our questions throughly, and is very knowledgeable about what hes selling. This was my first time using Elite Shutters and I was very pleased. Our sales **** ****** was knowledgeable and had great ideas for replacing my broken shades. They kept me informed as to how long it would take for me to get my blinds and the installers were prompt and polite and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.Elite Shutters & Blinds

We have used Elite Shutters on two separate occasions with ***** being our sales representative both times. Our first set of shutters was pretty cut and dried but our second was a little bit more involved. ***** took the extra time to make sure that they fit our custom window with no flaws. Cannot recommend this company enough. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.Elite Shutters & Blinds
