    Dear Skateland,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent birthday party hosted by your establishment on May 18th, 2024. My expectations for my childrens birthday celebration were not only unmet but severely undermined by the lack of professionalism and poor service provided by the party host *****.From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the host lacked enthusiasm and failed to engage the children in any meaningful way. Their demeanor was indifferent, and it felt as though they were merely going through the motions without any genuine interest in ensuring a memorable experience for the birthday children and guests.Moreover, the activities that were promised as part of the party package were either poorly executed or completely neglected. The lack of organization and attention to detail was evident throughout the duration of the event, leaving the children bored and disinterested.Additionally, the overall atmosphere was chaotic and disorganized, which detracted from the enjoyment of the occasion. As a result, both the children and the parents left feeling dissatisfied and let down by the subpar experience provided by your establishment.I had hoped that my childrens first birthday party at Skateland would be a special and memorable occasion, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by the unprofessionalism and incompetence displayed by your party host. My own mother stepped in to help host the party. She got the drinks refilled, pizza out on the table and even assisted with passing out the gift bags which I only received 20 and was charged for 23. As a loyal customer, I expect better from your business and hope that you will take the necessary steps to address these issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.I kindly request a refund for the $872 of unsatisfactory experience and would appreciate prompt action to rectify this matter.Sincerely, ***************************
