      I went for consultation for minor sun damage on my neck. She (***** ******) recommended BBL right away and didnt mention any other options and did not mention anything about permanent facial hair loss. Made everything seem super safe. Website also did not mention anything about hair loss either. I got one treatment and missing half my facial hair in random patterns and still hasn't grown back after many weeks. I am mortified. Why does this lady have a job? Was it her first day? They are supposed to be experts and should never recommend this on a guy's face! The morning I showed up for my treatment with a different lady (******), she mentioned she noticed I shaved. She mentioned after multiple treatments it may affect hair growth to cause it to be a little thinner or lighter. I said, hold on, no one mentioned this during the consultation. I was very clear I did not want any noticable damage to my facial hair. She said she would adjust the settings so there couldnt be any damage after first treatment and they can adjust from there. After a single treatment, my facial hair is ruined. I have to shave multiple times throughout the day because even the stubble looks horrific- patchy in right angles and random shapes and patterns. They did not inform me properly of the risks and painted a falsely rosey picture. I feel they were very dishonest with me and destroyed my face. They said they will refund me for the 2 subsequent treatments which I will not continue with. What about my destroyed face??? Someone needs to be held accountable. Terrible human beings. You NEED to CLEARLY discuss risks of hair loss during the consultation because people wouldn't think to ask. I would never have done this if I had any idea it would permanently destroy my face. The people that work here just want to take your money and couldn't care any less about you. People like this don't deserve jobs or to have a business.

      On Monday April 1st after I got my treatment done , after paying my invoice I was asked very uncomfortable questions by the nurse who treated me, after those questions she called the police for some cuts in my hands being that Im a landscaper its normal but she still called them and shared my private information, in addition I wasn't explained correctly that my $2151 treatment included 1 to 2 more visits and that I had to pay for them I need my money back, sharing personal private information the way the nurse did is something so disgusting and violates privacy rights. *************** called and shared who called them.
