I live in the *******, ************** and have a $42,000 PE Solar system which was installed in April 2020. In Aug 2024 while we were out of town, the system failed. We had no indication that we weren't producing power until we received our ********************* Bill in September of $352. The average bill this time of year is under $100. I checked the system and it was OFF. I reset the main breaker and it immediately popped OFF. I called PE Solar the same day, Aug 17th, and the quickest they could service our system was in early NOVEMBER! For 11 weeks I had no solar system with our AC running constantly during one of the hottest and longest heat events in *******, ******* history. It was finally serviced on November 8th and is now working. My solar loan is $283/mo and my power bill averaged $310/mo for this entire period, costing me $1650 for the 11 weeks and over $1000 of that was because our PE Solar system was inoperative. **************** isn't just 1 star, it doesn't even exist. I am considering legal action to recover some of my loss.

Mosaic has placed their customers in a terrible position. Please know that the other reviews are correct. They place a lien on your property and will say that's not how it's listed but yet that's how it's exactly recorded on your title, and they make no effort to assist their customers in resolving the matter such as a temporary release / subordinate in order for you to move forward with your lender, since according to them it's not a lien on your physical property. For it not being a lien than what's the problem with it being removed as you work with your lender. The account with Mosaic is in good standing, not one missed payment. When help was requested on 4/29/24, there was no manager available to speak with & a call back was requested but never received as of 5/3/24. An email was sent which stated the following. Mosaic is unable to update how we have reported our loan to affect how it appears to your lender. A couple recommendations for moving the refinance process forward as soon as possible: Encourage your lender to consider credit reporting that comes directly from any of the three major credit reporting agencies. Consult another lender who bases underwriting on information derived directly from any of the three major credit reporting agencies. Lenders are having issues with closing due to Mosaic unwillingness to be of better assistance to their customers. If we were aware that this would be the outcome of adding solar to our home, we would have NEVER got it. 1.) what does the credit reporting agencies have to do with how it's recorded with the county recorder. 2.) Why should a customer have to consult another lender whose information is derived directly from the 3 major credit reporting agencies if that is what was exactly done by the lender they are working with? No one has called to follow up, rather a generic response is posted saying they are unable to discuss due to sensitive information & to call them, which has been done and remains unresolved!!!

FAIR WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!If I could give 0 stars I would! Salesman who is also the regional manager is a liar. He said just the right things to get us to trust in this company. We met with so many companies and flat out told him I dont want to hear lies to get us to buy and he assured us he wasnt the same. We trusted him. Told us unlike the other companies they dont advertise but do so by consumers and thats why they do it right the first time. Told us 17 panels were enough. How if its well under everyone elses quotes. He said we are installing new pool pump and water heater so youll use less electricity. I said Id rather have more so I generate more and pay less. He assured Id have plenty. Installation took over 3 months! Company tried to back out on things promised from the start but they had to cover at the end since they didnt pass inspection. After installation bill was *****. They assured itd be 25 only teco meter charges and in the long run wed have a credit and it would cover teco charges within a yr with credits generated. Assured us if the bill was for energy theyd cover it and add additional panels. We have called talked with so many others and nothing has been done. Frustrating they miscalculated how much the new pool pump and water heater was going to save and put the wrong amount of panels on and we have to cover electric bill! FAIR WARNING! Stay away! They lie and are not even good at their job or theyd calculate right from the start! WE ARE PAYING FOR THE AMOUNT OF PANELS WHY NOT ADD MORE IF WE ARE ASKING FOR MORE WHEN THE AMOUNT YOU ARE INDICATING SOUNDS WRONG! Like how does that make sense. Im asking for more and Im the consumer paying for it but no here I am frustrated and still paying for energy and a loan! Also lied about a one time removal/reinstall when we reroofed. Next step for us is to BRING IN THE ****** I see a lot of people with similar stories and ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Weve had a mediocre experience so far and regretting purchasing Solar at this point from this company. There has been curve ball after curveball. The sales guy we originally met with stated he would help us if any concerns arise; however, we havent heard from him since we signed the contract. When we tried backing out after reading the contract in more detail, they told us we would have to pay 25% of the total costs of the project, so they forced our hand to move forward. Weve had solar panels on our roof for almost 4 months now, the finance company began to pull the funds today since PE Solar told them the project was finished and we are still another month or two out from a finished project. We are waiting for the panel upgrade and need both the city and APS to schedule a final walk through and verify everything has been completed. Also, be where, if you finance the purchase, the finance company begins charging interest immediately. There have been too many false promises. Id highly recommend pursuing Solar elsewhere.

I am greatly impressed at the professionalism and quality of work provided by PE Solar. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they did not install the correct plaques on the power box, causing a 2 week extension to being able to actually use our solar. However, I would highly recommend this company!

Sales person lied about several things to seal the deal. When we tried to go back to the company about the several items - we were told what the sales rep said wasn't true and if we didn't have it in writing then it's too bad... We were told our **** would be guaranteed under $100 - not true... we were told they would come out and take the panels down and back up again ONE TIME for $500 for a new roof - not true! They want $6300 to remove and replace the panels!Salesmen for this company are liars, simple as that
