    I visited Sahair Surgical on July 1, 2024, for a new patient consultation. Before and after my arrival, I confirmed with the front desk about the payment since my insurance wouldn't cover anything. The front desk assured me that the new patient consultation was $160, which would be collected on the day of the visit. They also mentioned that any additional costs would be communicated before any procedures.I paid the $160 at the end of the visit. However, two weeks later, Sahair Surgical billed my insurance for $327. My insurance applied an adjustment of $146.44 but didn't pay anything. Then, on July 17, 2024, Sahair Surgical sent me a bill for $20.56.To resolve this, I called Sahair Surgical on August 2, 2024, to request a waiver and to cancel my next appointment. Firstly, I pointed out that they should not send my insurance a $327 bill, the manager informed me that they could claim any amount from the insurance company and send the remaining balance to me. The manager acknowledged that the front desk had provided incorrect information about additional charges. When I stated that I shouldn't be responsible for their employee's mistake, the manager threatened to send me to collections instead of resolving the issue over $20.56.
