  Stay far away from this pool contractor !There are horror stories upon horror, stories of the terrible ************************ and after they have their money, they want Little or nothing to do with you. The owner is very argumentative and rude. You will have to take him to court or report him to the *** to get things corrected. Here is a email response from the owner when asking for a copy of my Pentair warranty which was never provided after installation was complete.We have never once registered equipment for a customer. Weve built over 400 pools. In order to file a warranty claim, I simply complete the information that Im attaching below. Im not certain why you feel like you have all the answers and can tell everybody how they are supposed to feel and act but you should quit being so entitled. I dont have time for this. Again, if I had a f****** sheet with your warranty information on it I would send it to you so I never have to talk to you again. Why I would continue to say otherwise is insane. The only insane person in this conversation is you. From the time you filed an *** complaint with no foundation at all, feeling entitled to get things that you ruined with your own subcontractors, after I was kind enough to let you out of, multiple parts of our contract. Your tone and language is that of a child. a threat to take me to court when Ive explained how you can get the information and that I dont have it is absurd.Please dont ever contact me again. ************** Owner ***************************** Pools ************************************** ************

  Absolutely horrible experience! I Was highly recommended from a friend who used him to build her pool. I have since been told that he was a new company and maybe he did pay close attention to the build. This is not my experience at all. Many promises were made and only one was fulfilled. Yep. The pool was built in 60 days!!! However my yard has been left unfinished. We are now 90+ days from signing a contract and our yard is still left unfinished! There is still construction debris left as well as trash from his subcontractors! Per my conversion with Mac., He doesnt want to point fingers but the employees he hires are from across the boarder and dont have the same level of cleanliness that we expect! He is stead fast in claiming that since we did a pool only build that he is not responsible for cleaning up after his subcontractors. We are left with 2 trenches throughout most of our yard, river rock through our grass and landscaping and all the construction debris left behind! He has aggressively stated that I am asking for free work!! Hes Called me a liar on 2 separate issues! Its unprofessional to accuse someone of lying!! We are not asking for extra work to be done for free. We are asking that he simply finishes the job and cleans up after hisself and his contractors. I have emails stating the the work will be completed within ***** hours. Its been almost a week and we are still waiting!!!I would avoid doing work with this company!! He is not a man of his word and will do everything in his power to get by with doing as little as possible! I would select no stars if possible. There are much more issues than stated due To the restrictions!!!

  This pool builder is a rip off....*** would not even give me a bid as he said he needed a loyal customer. What a joke...won't even give me a bid because he does not expect me to get competitive quotes. REALLY? Based on the other negative reviews, I am glad I passed on this joker!

  Be very careful using this company. My husband chose them as they are a small business, and he was trying to support small businesses however, they were no less in price. What we got was a sub par pool and lots of issues that are not going to be fixed 14 items listed on our *** (Register of ****************** complaint 2 of which were the wrong travertine size installed 6x12 instead of the 12x12 on our contract and pillow top pavers when flat top was what was quoted. (Husband is a full-time wheelchair user and we need the flat top to keep his feet from slipping off his foot plate) We specifically requested the flat top for that reason. *** did work to which outside his contractor's license (Hardscape and Landscape) which his license does not cover. The contractors lisc he holds only allows for pool building. He installed plants without giving us the choice of what plants were being put in our yard. He originally told us we would work directly with a landscaper to choose our plants then came back and told us that we were not allowed to pick what was being put in. WHAT??? There are several issues not listed in this review as I only have so much space. *** is uncooperative when trying to communicate with him. He yells at you if you try to communicate with him regarding things like I've listed above, and he will never take responsibility for his actions. We had to go all the way through the *** system to get our back yard fixed.
