We purchased new tires for our vehicle in August of 2023. We had a slow leak over the last couple weeks and the Range Rover dealership noticed one of the tires had a plug in it (vehicle was in for a check engine light- not related to the tire) so we brought it back to the same ********** shop I have been going to for years with multiple different vehicles. The manager told us he had two of his techs look over all 4 tires and found no plugs.After bringing the vehicle home, I checked the tire in question and ran soapy water over the area to find it was leaking air at the plug. Brought the vehicle back to Big O to ask how this was missed and why we were sold a brand new tire with a plug already in it. They stand by their brand, as well as the manufacture of the tire, that they would not sell a new tire with a plug in it. They apologized for missing the plug a couple days prior. They repaired the plug and ensured us that it was safe to drive on. This location sells tires that are already defective to its customers and refuses responsibility when questioned if it is possible to have sold a new tire as new when it has been under repair.

I paid $1563.20 for a new set of 4 tires and to have an alignment completed. I called over the phone to place the order for the tires and to set up the appointment. On the date of my visit they completed the work and sent me home, once I was home I realized they had installed the wrong tires and not the tires I had ordered. I had to go back 2 days later to have them replace those 4 tires with the correct 4 new tires I had requested originally. On my second visit they replaced the tires, realigned the vehicle and sent me home. Once I got home I realized that my left rear rim was badly damaged/chipped in multiple areas, specifically around the lug nuts and the face of the rim. A replacement for that wheel is $1197.14 plus taxes and service fees.Business Response
