      Great service, very efficient, and professional installation of upright freezer. Delivery was great, helpful, they cleaned the area, checked inside, and arranged all the racks. Salesman was very helpful also, answered questions promptly. Would recommend them to anyone.

      Buying over the phone was simple and easy. Good communication for the day of for my delivery. The first dryer had a dent and the driver communicated with me and we rqstd a different one. The second time a bolt was broken and the driver communicated with me and felt really bad. The third time was a success. Drivers were very nice and understanding and took care of me.

      I had the BEST customer service from ******* at the ******** location. He was more than helpful and made a stressful situation easy and efficient with his assistance and knowledge. I was impressed by the costumer service, quality appliances and the fast delivery service of my purchase. I will definitely return for any further appliance purchases and highly recommend shopping at Spencers after my experience.

      I made a phone purchase on 10/25 with call center ****** for Whirlpool microwave WMH32519hv.I was very specific with the model&the description.****** wrote down the incorrect model&ordered the wrong item.Not 4 minutes into our conversation he began to talk over me.****** said I wanted the stainless steel to which I replied No, its not the stainless steel.Its the black with stainless steel.The next day, I looked at the invoice that had been emailed only to realize that he had ordered the incorrect model WMH32519hZ.I called on 10/28 to clear up the matter only to be told by *****,call center manager, that it must have been a misunderstanding on Hectors part.***** ended up talking over me too.A few minutes after hanging up,****** called and he was MAD.He tried to blame me for his mistake.He said I should have seen the stainless model on my invoice.Yes, I did see the stainless on my invoice.But you get an invoice AFTER you make the purchase.He said I should have seen it before I gave the okay. Speaking to Roy,vp, didnt turn out much better.He told me that I should have known the price given to me was incorrect because it was less than the model I actually wanted.He told me one has to put an item in the online cart in order to see a price.I said there was no need to do that as I was speaking on the phone directly to ******.The saddest of all was when I spoke to *******, president.He had the nerve to say that it was both Hectors and MY fault for what happened.He admitted he would have to "go through the (recorded) conversations and re-listen to them.I didnt call ******* out of the blue.We had an 11am appt so he had plenty of time to review prior.He chose not to.The problem is they have the wrong pic on their website.The Whirlpool site has the correct pic.I typed that in my 2/4 letter to *******. As of today, they still have the wrong pict!******* REFUNDED my money even though I had not asked.There is more detail to add, but I am limited to 2000 characters

      Always a great experience with *********. Purchased an all in one washer/dryer from a very nice salesman, ****, on Saturday and Monday morning it was delivered. The delivery fellas were very nice, timely and efficient as well. Love shopping here!

      We have purchased various items from Spencers in the past. This purchase was for a new Micro and an oven. The salesman **** **** was very professional and knowledgeable. The installer ***** was also great. He knew what he needed to do and did it efficiently. Highly recommend the sales and installation process.

      ****** was my installer ****** was so professional and very conscientious about making sure everything worked before he left. He reviewed with me how dishwasher worked, ect.. ****** left everything clean and spotless after the installations! I would recommend ****** to ANY ******* CUSTOMER ??????????
