      After waiting 9 months for my GE refrigerator ( Covid) it was delivered today. Im a happy person. Communication with my sales person was not perfect as I had to call him for updates. The delivery guys were professional.

      One of my colleagues told me about Spencers - I normally go to one of the bigger stores like Lowes for appliances but I will say I will now come to Spencers- one of your team members ***** in your store made the process so easy- helping me to make the right choice according to what I needed all the way to setting up my delivery- the delivery team was also great and friendly- it was easy to do business with you, which is why I will be back!!!!!

      Ordered a complete kitchen suite of appliances. 3 of the 4 pieces were in stock & delivered & installed within 24 hours & the 4th piece was delivered & installed a week later.Communication re: arrival time was great. The teams that delivered & installed the appliances was beyond spectacular. They were quick, efficient, polite & clean. Best shopping experience I've had in a very long time! ********* will definitely be my "Go To" for any future TV or appliance purchases.

      One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We purchased a $5000 Serta Mattress 3 years ago from the ******* location. The mattress was great for about a year then we noticed the sides of the mattress breaking down. We contacted Spencer's TV and Appliance in ******* where we purchased it. Getting any managers to call back was next to impossible and unfortunately for us the manager was always with customers when we called in, This has been the standard for the last year now. They have sent 2 inspectors out that have given conflicting reports and no answers. Sunday we purchased a $500 mattress topper to make it bearable to sleep on. Today my wife called in and they have no resolution and hung up on her. We have purchased many things from Spencers over the years including a pretty high end kitchen with Sub Zero and Thermador products but we will not spend another dime in any of their stores. I would recommend you all take your money to ****'s or Fergusons which I have had incredible service from over the last year of purchasing.

      Love our new appliances thanks to ***** who helped us pick them! The delivery guys did an excellent job. Communicated timeframe and showed up on time. Installed everything while being careful and considerate of our new home.
