      Great delivery, installation and haul away. I just wish that they could have given me the 2 hour install window they promised in store. I got a 30 minute notice at 7:50am and was not expecting that. The guys were so very nice and really quick on the job.

      I ordered and paid for a refrigerator in August, 2022. I was informed the appliance would be delivered on October 12, 2022. I hoped my old fridge would last that long! I unloaded the old one on the morning of the 12th and put all the food in coolers with ice packs. When the delivery truck arrived I found that the appliance I had paid for was not the one on the truck! It was an older, used model with scratches and dents! I was furious!!! I sent it away and called the store and was informed the shipment did not arrive but they had no explanation as to why I was sent a used beat up one. I was told they had one in the store but it would be an extra $89.00 and was not the color I had paid for. I was desperate at that point and said I would take it but absolutely WOULD NOT pay extra and wanted it that day or early the next. I was told that Spencers could not waive the $89.00 and I asked to speak to the manager. He was unavailable, I asked for his number and was refused but said he would call me back. A couple of hours later they called and said ********* would waive the extra charge and I would not have to pay for another delivery fee. I received the appliance the next morning but not before I had several frozen items go bad. I am still furious! I give Spencers a half star??

      Everything went exactly as planned. Love the new appliances. New Stove actually has an Air Fryer option which we haven't used yet. Refrigerator with the knock knock door is awesome. Microwave and Dishwasher are better than I thought possible. Technology over 15 years has changed and glad we replaced the appliances we had although they worked fine. Whole new Modern look for the kitchen.
