      Great experiences with salesman ***. He is my go to sales person at Spencers.Great retractable wall mount installation of 55 inch TV by **** and his helper. Very conscientious guys making sure everything was done perfect.

      The crew worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves.I wasnt home when it was installed but I used it when cooking dinner. Im REALLY surprised at how loud it actually is. I have never seen or used a microwave that was so noisy. I plan to contact the salesman tomorrow to see if the loudness is normal or if there COULD be an issue!!It looks great and it cooked the food fine, but it actually drowned out the sound on the ** while I was using it.

      I ordered a Bosch dishwasher. There were a few issues with the 1st one delivered. However ********* went above and beyond expected to make things right. They not only replaced it but had a new one the next day. Their customer service representative is excellent ??. The 2nd set of installers were remarkable. ********* is a must for all your appliances!
