      Service is sent to a third party once they are paid. Delivery people nasty and they hate *********. Third part warranty has left us hanging for over a month. Purchased 6 appliances, will never go there again. ********** is a five star rated company and ********* does not know what service is. Let the buyer beware.

      ****, and other delivery/installers, were very professional, timely, and very patient with us, as we asked a lot of questions. They cleaned up all the mess, and made sure everything was working before they left. Great service!!! *** our salesperson really took care of us, made sure we had everything we needed.

      Excellent service like the Spencers weve used for 35 years. The delivery person who came today to resolve the issue with the dryer delivery yesterday was exceptional

      Even with the supply chain delays, ***** performed miracles and had my new GE Cafe French door oven and matching refrigerator delivered and installed less than a month from ordering. The installers were on time and did a fantastic job in about an hour. I cant wait to use the appliance in my upgraded kitchen.

      Our sales representative, ******, did a great job helping us pick the right machines, then pricing them and getting them delivered. The installation team was polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

      The actual delivery was wonderful however when they left, they left my gate open and my dog ran away. I chased her for an hour before I found her and got her in the house. She was muddy, dirty and she has had a rear Leg limp for a week now. They did not follow through and lock my gate. It was extremely careless of these delivery men. I am hoping her hip will heal. The delivery gets a one star.
