      I purchased a whirlpool dishwasher. The sales person in the store and the delivery men were professional and friendly.The only flaw was that the insulation was not secured on the dishwasher.

      We just had a new refrigerator delivered and the old one removed. The delivery team was efficient, professional, and set everything up to include water and ice. This is our 5th purchase from Spencers. Best place in ** to buy appliances!

      ********* communications about when to expect delivery and installation of our new dishwasher in a timely manner. The delivery and installation was within the time frame provided. Overall a good job.

      We had some issues with the specific microwave we wanted being in stock however once we realized it would not be delivered within the 2-4 week window Spencers resolved the issue right away and we were able to have an upgraded one delivered almost immediately. Our installer ****** was incredible. The product had a dent and he went out of his way to go put us on his delivery schedule just the following day to install a microwave that wasnt dented. He was fast and professional and really went above and beyond. Couldnt recommend Spencers and their delivery/install services enough!
