      The freezer on my Frigidaire refrigerator, purchased from Spencers on 5/28/20, has frozen shut. I purchased an extended warranty. I have called Centurion repeatedly during business hours, no answer, no company recording, and no messaging service. As noted by this review and the others, Centurian is not a reputable company, and I am disappointed that Spencers has chosen to partner with them, and, furthermore does not take any responsibility for selling a warranty ($200) that has no value.

      Sales person understood my needs right away, gave me agood price, and the delivery and installation was excellent. Great service.

      The delivery was right at the beginning of the window I was given, and there was a text alert giving me enough time to move things around at the last minute (for a new refrigerator). The appliance itself was bought as-is, minor damage to the front that was pointed out before I purchased it, and seems in great operating condition.

      From start to finish, great service and support by Spencers. Showroom professionals are just that - professional and knowledgeable. Delivery experience was excellent. The advance notice process keeps you informed within 15 mins of arrival - awesome process. Thanks Spensers. We will be back!!
