      Spencers has always been a great source when we need new appliances.Their delivery service is exceptional, their prices are the best.We have had nothing but great experiences with Spensers.And will continue to do so into the future

      Everything was professional and courteous with *********. The friendly and attentive staff was able to meet my needs with a quality product. The delivery process was also simple and they kept me informed of the arrival time. It was all very convenient.

      Delivery 5*+. **************** at the store 2*. I purchased my 1st washer on 11/29. Something was wrong it made a loud knoking sound when transitioning from one sicle to another. I called the store 2 weeks after, thry called service. Service person came turned it on and off and said, these new washers are all very loud. I went to the store, spoke with ***** the manager. I showed him the video so he can hear the loud knoking sound that i can hear all the wai into my house, he said it was normal these new mashines are all loud. Long story short, becsuse i felt i was being scammed. He agreed to exchange the mashine for another brand. New machine was delivered today, I'm tedting it right now. If this machine is c*** I'm screwed! They are not willing to help me. This store on **** and ****** really needs to work on their ****************. The 1st purchase and the exchange process was a very unplesent one. I do apreciate the exchange at no additional charges. This will be the last time i ever buy from any store.

      Fantastic experience. Delivery was exactly when they told me it would be. They communicated every step of the process. I highly recommend Spencers and NFN Delivery (we had delivered to ****************)

      Purchase of a new dishwasher went well. Installation went quickly. However, we discovered a couple of problems with the install after the installer left.1. The dishwasher is not centered in the opening leaving a wide gap on one side.2. The installer removed trim pieces that the same company had used on the previous, nearly identical unit. We can now see wiring and insulation thru the aforementioned gap.3. Supply line was routed in such a manner OVER the ** tubing that we now cannot service the ** system. The installer was warned to route lines behind that tubing.We will likely have to have these issues resolved by ********* or have another installer make corrections.

      Of course the refrigerator goes out at the worst possible moment on a Saturday. But I called ********* and was able to purchase a replacement over the phone and got it delivered on Monday morning. ****** and his team were right on schedule and did a great job taking the old one away and setting up the new one. Very neat and professional! Next on the replacement - dishwasher!
