      Found the range with all the features I wanted at ********* on Camelback at a very affordable price and no high pressure selling although the sales person was very knowledgeable about all the appliances. It was delivered within a couple days as promised.

      From the moment I made the phone call to purchase my washer and dryer, to the timely delivery, everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency.       I can't give a 0 star review so 1 star it is.Sales experience. Seemed to be good at first but then ***** *. became unresponsive to emails as the install date approached. I was forced to call the store to get his attention at which point he acknowledged receipt of the emails weeks ago. No apology and acted as if this was normal. Never followed up after complaining about the install work and having had them out a second time. He just doesn't care and maybe the whole company doesn't care either. Installation Terrible. I bought an entire Kitchens worth of high end appliances. They scratched my new cabinets, dropped my refrigerator, wired the range incorrectly which kept it from leaving showroom mode and gave you minor shocks, didn't fasten the anti-tip bracket to the floor and fell out of the wall when I touched it, couldn't level or plumb anything to save their lives, didn't s**** the dishwasher to the cabinet so it moves around when running. This was after two visits by their BEST installers. I am leaving out many other things but I would never buy a thing from Spencers if you can't install it yourself. Also, don't buy their warranty as the only other time I dealt with them, 15 years ago, that service was god awful. I thought maybe after 15 years, and being referred to them by a place in **********, meant they may have changed. Nope.I am floored they have a 4.81 rating as other folks I have spoken with after this have had similar issues.STAY AWAY FROM SPENCERS

      The appliances were delivered undamaged. No visible scratches or dents or marks. The installation was professionally doneefficient, orderly, without delays. Installers knew the appliances and gave brief get-started instructions. Answered questions professionally and in terms user could understand

      As soon as we walked in Tyler was super helpful took us to every appliance and he was super knowledgeable about the different brands. Really friendly and made it really comfortable to be there. The delivery and intall people were also super friendly and made sure everything looked perfect before they left.

      Spencers is our go to for all appliances and TVs. We love the knowledge of the staff how they really desire to meet your needs. They never push us to buy something beyond our needs. The delivery and set up of our purchases is the cherry on top!
