      Excellent delivery and installation. The removal of our old microwave and installation of the new one was done very well. Delivery scheduling was quick and easy and prices are reasonable. Thanks!

      **** was awesome !!! Quick , clean, and very respectful. Moved out the old fridge and moved in the new one , and when he left you didn't even know he had been here . GREAT JOB !!!

      delivery went very fast. **** was extremely courteous and very patient with all my questions. The install was very efficient **** explained the use of each of the appliances.

      Excellent work. Quick install, and tested each piece. Not sure if we got dryer vent/cord kit. I think *** said the new vent wasn't compatible.

      Spencer’s was able to provide quick 3 day delivery. Have shopped with them several times.Good communication on delivery time.Rusty was great arrived and had old dishwasher out and new one in within minutes. He let me know each step what was going on

      Purchasing was easy. Dropped by the store and identified which microwave I wanted and found out it could be delivered next day. They were 2 hours late but once they arrived quickly got it installed. Will purchase my next appliance from them.

      I was in a perdicament with my dishwasher and Spencers came to the rescue! After 8 weeks of battling with my warranty company over a broken ******* dishwasher I was tired and worn down. I emailed *************** for an affordable Whirlpool dishwasher. He had one delivered, installed and also hauled away the old one within 2 days. Insane turnaround time and a new appliance customer for life! I am so appreciative of their white glove customer service!!

      Jacob was great; explained in detail the opportunities for the install. He was very personable. The only challenge I had was having to unplug the disposal because the prior dishwasher was wired in.

      This is the fifth item I have purchased from Spencers in a month. This included two dishwasher (for two different houses), one kitchen range, one refrigerator and one washing machine. I have been greatly appreciative of the service of the sales persons and the courtesy and knowledge of the delivery people, **** and *********. Everyone has gone out of their way to make these purchases a pleasant experience.
