    If I can give no stars I would. Bought a washer and dryer from Lowes and opted for the extended warranty. 2 years later washer goes and out and I called the protection plan. It was easy to file a claim, had a this service company come out within a few days. Technician arrives. Literally was at my house for 5 minutes. Did absolutely nothing and left. The next day i received an email that my claim was closed and that nothing was wrong with my washer. I called multiple times to set up appointments and claims that i submitted were closed by this company asking for me to get another opinion. Which seemed easy but there is absolutely no way of getting another company because the ****** protection is horrible. And the only use this company and their sister company appliance service center. This will be the last time i buy an appliance from ****** and I will urge others to do the same.
