      I am writing to formally dispute the service provided by your company on 6/16/23, under my insurance glass deductible claim. Despite the successful completion of the class replacement, I have discovered that an internal component was broken during the service. This issue was not communicated to me at the time of the service.Details of the transaction and the dispute are as follows:Date of the Transaction: 6/16/23 Insurance Deductible Applied: $0.00 (covered by insurance)Nature of the ******************** provided has resulted in a broken internal component within my vehicle's windshield mechanism. This damage was not evident until a subsequent service revealed that there are 3 stripped screws that hold the moldings, which is evidence of improper handling.Attempts to Resolve: Despite the clear linkage between the damage and the service performed, there has been a refusal to honor the warranty coverage. This denial of responsibility is highly unsatisfactory and reflects poorly on your commitment to customer service and quality assurance.The standard of service I have received is below expectations, with a significant lack of transparency and accountability regarding the damaged component. I insist on a thorough investigation into this matter, and I demand that your company takes responsibility for the damages incurred by covering all associated repair costs.Please take this letter as an official complaint. I expect a prompt and comprehensive response, detailing how you will address these concerns and specifying the actions you will take to resolve this issue.

      I was looking thru my system and it seems we do have the parts on order for the customer. If he would like to call ** directly with any additional questions wed be more than happy to help them out.
