5 starsMy AC went on the *****, air was being circulated but it was not cool. I called and a tech was at my home in a few hours. He quickly identified the issue, low gas, and fixed it. I had cooling within an hour of his arrival. I have had a maintenance plan with them for a few years, it is great! Wonderful, prompt service!Review fromGary H

1 starWe called Chino Heating and Cooling when our 2 a/c units quit. The repairman was here in a timely manner, diagnosed the problems, and fixed both of them. We paid for the parts and the service charges, but later we discovered that the exact same Definite Purpose Contactor part for which we paid them $179.00 was available online for $27.00. When we called to question the charge, the lady on the phone indicated that "there was a lot of movement that went on with the part", whatever that means. We don't mind paying a fair price for the part, but $152.00 markup is unacceptable. We always try to do business with local companies, but this is one that we won't be using again.
